Apocalyptic beliefs and the US

Sigh.

Edit: And, just so this post isn't just filler, Guav and his secret army of news sources weigh in on the most recent Amnesty International report.

Sigh again.

I should also really learn to stay out of WW forum arguments.

My opinion: They wanted tools to help them sucker punch the Primordials and take their shiny (the Games of Divinity). The tools to do this were given to the gods by the same gimpy little brother Primordial who invented the shiny the Gods wanted in the first place: Autocthon. I think he (big A) was just pissed the other Primordials were being mean to him, and manipulated the dumb jock Unconquered Sun into doing his bidding, in total Revenge of the Nerds style. -Gaidin, here.

It makes me giggle so. His post about Lytek is also hilarious (though the existence of Lytek makes me sad).

So!

For a change, notes from Real Life (tm).

Today I was walking into work, watching my feet (as I'm apt to do) when I saw a little brown mouse right in front of me. I thought it odd that it wasn't running away, and it looked like it was hanging out in a Tim Horton's coffee lid.

Then I realized it wasn't a mouse. It was a little brown bat. (It was even smaller than the ones in the photos - maybe the size of a loonie.)

It was really cute... but I'm worried now that it was injured, because it was lying down face-first on concrete and didn't fly away when I was right over top of it.

Then again, it might just have been eating bugs?

I am afraid I am going to see it on the way home. ;_;

Saturn likes pie a la mode. Some things end in blood. Others, in vanilla.
