Date: First Day ((Sept. 9))
Time: sometime before my 11:30 class
How geeky am I, writing LJ posts to post after I get home? Yeah. Really geeky.
So I got to class 45 minutes early. What a t00b. ^^;;; Made sure it was Psych 101... helped a guy find the stairwell so he could get to his 3000 room.
The oldest person in this class so far looks like he's about my Uncle Elio's age (in other words, fifties). Actually, he looks quite a bit like Uncle Elio, at least from the back.
Looking over at the girl next to me - in accounting - my god, it's Calc all over again. Ha ha. No math for me until next semester!! ...ugh -_-;
Will not sleep... will not sleep... must not pass out...
I wonder what the professor will be like... Tried to find his picture, but apparently he's not St. Jerome faculty. ((NB: I was looking for the wrong teacher. Burris, not Innis...)) Nor, according to the Walksafe people, is he a first-year Psych prof usually. ((Misinformation due to incorrect name.)) This may be interesting. Either he'll throw out fascinating tidbits for me to be... wait, he's here.

Sounds a little accented too. Gonna stop this p... no, wait. XD "I don't have anything intelligent to say for another ten minutes, so *waves hands* at ease... man..." (('cause we all went quiet)) this should be spectacularly fun. Looks like fascinating tidbits, here I come.
i.e. from my Sexuality, Marriage and the Family textbook ((he also teaches Dark Side of Sexuality next semester. I am SO IN THAT CLASS.)), anal sex is much more common in the upper classes than the lower classes. Yes, only the truly 1337 assfuck. Wonder which came first, the sex or the class? Maybe we can gain social and economic status by having anal sex. Sweet...

So he's talking, explaining how these classes used to be huge, but the Fire Marshal says we now have to cap at 235... "...my hands are tied. And while sometimes I enjoy that..." XD XD XD XD So good!
Vocalizing 'student inner monologue': "'Yeah, what's up with that? He's dressed like a solar panel!' When I'm not wearing black, it's laundry day."
"My vowels may sound weird. I'm from DOWN THERE. No, not Hell, not Australia, the U.S. Yes, there is a distinction." XD
"Biological emissions are actually quite psychologically significant. You can write that down." [I do, he laughs at me. Little does he know... XD]
"Yeah, turn OFF your cell phones and pagers - deal crack on your own time."
