You are a person like no other I have met. When you get that gleam in your eye I fear that there's a mastermind at work and that my defenses are worse than before (but I still won't change teams ^_-). Your strength is that you can are able to get things done when you know you've found your path, even if sometimes you need a little help, and that you've got some good fashion sense when you're not rocking the casual everyday.

And if you ask anyone, I'm sure they'd agree that you are the alpha (female) geek of the group. And for that, and many other things, I give my thanks and bow in honour of you.
