Pete, if this doesn't change and soon, I think you and I are going to have to reschedule.
So what does it mean when you puke up something you're pretty sure you haven't eaten in the past... err... long while?
1. I'm apparently not digesting broccoli at all;
2. Shellfish apparently looks like broccoli when it comes back up;
3. Profit?
URGH.

Hijinks ensue.
It eventually winds up tying into the bigger Marvel universe, which kind of sucks if you don't keep up with the insanity, but the first season is fantastic. (Molly is love.)

I've seen a lot of pics of Az, but can't remember her history too well - just that she's tied up with D'Or.

Date: 2008-04-25 04:35 pm (UTC)Az can be found here, though if you want more I can give that too :) Depending on what she's doing and who she's with, Az dresses very skimpily (normal), or conservative-but-with-easy-neck-access (button down shirts and the like, with D'or).
Earlier in the series, she was extremely headstrong, which caused issues. She and D'or were very close, but also made each other NUTS most of the time. (Az was two points blood-bonded to him just thanks to angry conversations that turned violent, and when you can blood buff for +15 Strength, there's not a lot that the Beast won't do to a much smaller opponent).
Az would define *herself* primarily according to her analytical/medical savvy; other people would probably define her more by her overt (they'd say "slutty") sexuality.
Two first conversations D'or and Az had:
(D'or suffers Predator's Taint, grabs Az by the neck and hauls her up against the wall; Az is higher than kites)
Az: "Um... Darth Vader, can you put me down?"
later:
D'or: "And you must be..." (looking at Az's clubbing clothes) "a Daeva."
Az: "What's that mean?"
D'or: "You're faster, stronger..."
Az: "...nope."
D'or: "What can you do, then?"
Az: "Talk to animals..."
D'or: "Gangrel then!"
Az: "Order people around..."
D'or: "... ... ... you're a VENTRUE?!?"

Date: 2008-04-25 08:33 pm (UTC)Her family's from Abu Dhabi; she moved here with her dad when she was young, her mom still lives back in the UAE. (She's 16-17 as game starts.) Both parents run upscale restaurants, so she's been surrounded by good food and wealth for most of her life. She's a very athletic girl, on the track team and part of a non-school lacrosse club; she's also very bright. She's not *super*-popular, but everyone knows her boyfriend and she's got the advantage of being rich, so people tend to hang out with her, if not know her very well.
She'd define herself primarily by the following things:
-her relationship to her boyfriend, Danny; he's older than her, working to go to college, and she pretty much considers him her One True Wuv. ;)
-She works as a valet for her dad's restaurant, and occasionally... er... makes off with expensive cars to go joyriding. (She brings them back! And refills the gas! That makes it OK, right...?)
-And occasionally, she fights crime. Vigilante justice FTW ;)
