Newsflash for me:

I need to earn $13/hour, 40 hours/week, 15 weeks this summer to meet tuition.

And that's assuming I get a job starting Monday of next week, AND assuming that I spend $0 on doing anything for myself, including going to Waterloo, hanging out with friends at places that require money, or hell, buy myself a candy bar once in a while.

What the hell.

Have you considered a TD student line of credit? With the earning power/credit rating your parents have, you'd probably be eligible for around 10K. So long as you're in school and until you've been out of school for a year, you only have to pay the interest on the card as the minimum monthly payment (which is around 1-3% I believe). Check into it. Talk to your parents, etc. I got mine a week after I applied for it.

If it comes down to it, I'm sure my parents CAN cover the bill themselves... it's just a matter of not wanting to. :)

it's all about that! That is what i am looking into....i mean, otherwise i'd be dirt poor and living in a hole! AGHH! money! it is soo frustrating!!
