Character descriptions

kisekinotenshi did little writeups of each of her characters from the 15 characters meme, so I am going to do the same.
Note: these are not in order (1-15), but rather in the order that they were asked about in (if that makes sense...).

- Ayori
Ayori is from Alaria, a game that used to be run by
sae. Ayori was a magic-user hell-bent on killing all the chimerae, a race of beings that I think were basically the progenitors of most elemental magic. The back story for all this is that once upon a time, this guy she knew [and knew was evil/insane] became the High Priest, so she killed him. She was SUPPOSED to die for this horrible infraction after a judicial hearing by the chimerae, but another [totally innocent] friend of hers died in her place by taking the blame. She blamed the chimerae for this. And thus began the killin's.
Unfortunately for her, killing the embodiments of magic was destroying the world.
Ayori hated fire with a passion - she was a water mage, and had burn scars from the trial (before ...Yara, I think it was... stepped in). She also tended to totally exhaust herself by casting high-level magic in rapid succession. Thankfully,
sae's Nym was there to rescue her and carry her to bed. ;)
Ayori was pale, with white hair and dark blue/purple eyes. She wore mostly white, with a purple amulet around her neck. - Lidia
Lidia was my first-ever Vampire: the Masquerade character and my first-ever LARP character. A Malkavian with pyromania (I tried to play it somewhat similar to the 'no sense of self-preservation' derangement) that eventually became Primogen of her clan and then Keeper of the city. She actively supported Pierre Chardonné taking over as Prince because signs told her that William D'or was evil/destined to fall. Together with
user_lain's Molly, Jeremy's Justin, and
adagioweapon's Januarius, she set out to conquer the world! Or at least set the night on fire.
There was some suspicion that she and Jace (
adagioweapon's previous character) were involved, which is hilarious, because they were both total emotional cripples that couldn't have entered a relationship to save their lives. They barely managed to be friends by virtue of listening to each others' insane ramblings. Also, Lidia was totally dedicated to her anagrams, which told her to be dedicated to Pierre.
Lidia was meant to look like me, but a little stouter and about ten years older. - Aine
Aine was my character for
user_lain and
zen_jedi's oWoD Mage LARP. Another emotional cripple, she was the third child of a Mage family that consisted entirely of Hermetics of one stripe or another. Her parents were both members of House Tytalus, but her older brothers were not, and her parents basically expected her to join Tytalus. She was a Competitor nature with a... Gallant? demeanor, I believe, and a Questing avatar. I secretly think that she was falling for
roju's Dwight Crowne. She and Dwight (and a few of the other LARP characters) made appearances as NPCs in my nWoD Mage game. In that game, she is still the youngest member of an all-Mage family that I affectionately call 'the evil Kennedys'. She is an Obrimos/Mysterium.
Aine was meant to look and act like a female Draco Malfoy. - Cynthia
Cynthia was a character I made for a one-on-one game briefly run by
adagioweapon, and she's pretty much my basis for saying that Sloth is a baaaaaaad Vice for a PC to take (especially in a one-on-one game...). A victim of AIDS in the '80s due to blood transfusions, she was an activist for more AIDS/HIV research. The game started when was kidnapped by some group that whisked her from Toronto to San Fransisco, where she lost seven years of her life (she doesn't know how) but was cured of her AIDS (also no idea how). Then she Awakened to the Thyrsus path when she returned to Toronto. She wound up never finding out who kidnapped her because Patrick and I couldn't agree on the game world as a whole. She was briefly involved with an NPC named His Divine Shadow - Div for short. She never joined an Order because they were all insane or evil.
Cynthia was a frail looking woman in her late twenties with thin brown hair and a quiet demeanor. - Danielle
Who HASN'T heard me talk about Danielle? Danielle was my Eclipse caste courtesan for the first Exalted game I ever played in, and is the character that I will continually remake until she finishes a fucking story, goddamnit. She was a Hedonist in the old system; in the new system, her Motivation is to bring the Dragon-Blooded and Solars together peacefully, and her Intimacies are Ba'ne (a Dragon-Blooded that she used to service), the Solars, and her city. Danielle is extremely beautiful - to the point of being goddess-like - and is a talented performer and socialite. She had black hair in perfectly curled ringlets, a willowy body, and deep green eyes. - Rook
Rook is my second Vampire: the Masquerade LARP character, a Nosferatu ex-librarian that has an obsession with serial killers. She helped (?) apprehend The Templar, a serial killer that was killing ghouls. Other than that, she hasn't done much with herself to date, although she is trying to help raise Corax, her 'younger brother', correctly. Rook is supposed to look like me except fifteen years older and a lot more nervous/shy. Her clan flaw manifested as 'victim of horrible abuse' - she looks like she was attacked and nearly strangled to death, bruises all over and rope burn/bite marks at her wrists and neck. - Melody
Melody's another one that's had a few different versions. Basically, she is a Mage busker (Orphan in oWoD, Acanthus/Silver Ladder in nWoD) that believes she is the reincarnation of John Lennon. She lives on the street, most of the time, although occasionally her cop friend Easton will take her in. She was a Celebrant nature with a Questing avatar in the old game, and in the new game, she had Hope/Pride.
Melody is a malnourished girl with long, straight blonde hair and blue eyes that are mischevous. - Wilma
Wilma is my Werewolf: the Forsaken character. She is a firefighter with Hope/Wrath, and I think she would have been a Cahalith Blood Talon in the tabletop game, though we never got that far (in the online game, she is a Cahalith Blood Talon). Wilma is not the most perceptive woman in social situations, and tends to steamroller people with her force of personality.
She is tall and muscular, with brown eyes and short dirty-blonde hair. She is in her mid-30s. - Tathar
In his various iterations, Tathar was my snarky half-elf bard. He used to write songs that explicitly mocked the hell out of party members, especially Megil and Milo. He also showed up as one third of the band Three-Halfs in a story I never finished writing about him (the 'halfs' were all half-elves, one of whom was a stoner and TOTALLY AWESOME). He is also my avatar.
In most instances, Tathar was a red-head with long, wavy hair tied back in a ponytail and green eyes. In my avatar, I blame hair dye and hair gel. - Euan
Ah, Euan. One of my characters in the online game I ran, Antheas. Euan was an evil shapeshifter that worked for... money? power? the thrill of being evil? Who knows. Even I don't remember. With her (?) partner in crime, Jehryn (SimonB), we were planning to take over the good guys' palace, with hilarious repercussions from Durin and Cameron I'm sure. She's another one who would pass out from exhaustion for using her powers. I think there was a time limit of a certain number of hours before she could shapeshift again, plus she needed to sleep. She and Jehryn fucking LOATHED each other, and I loved them so.
I can't really tell you what Euan looked like - anything she wanted - but she generally reverted to a slightly tanned woman with short-cropped pale blue hair and grey eyes. - Takashi
Takashi is my hilarious hilarious gay boy. And when I say boy, I mean 30-year-old boy. He was first in La Vole Des Anges, a comic that I was sort of writing (ahahaha by which I mean, gay boys are cute!). Then I moved him to an RP that had a similar style to In Nomine (angels vs. demons, each with soldiers on earth), where he was paired off with SimonB's Akui. (They were soldiers for their respective sides.) Takashi was a good Catholic Japanese guy (?) whose ex-boyfriend had a heroin addiction and oh by the by worked for a demon. YES! THE STUFF OF ANGST AND WOE!
...I also loved Takashi/Akui. SO MUCH.
Takashi's defining features are that he cannot cook and is otherwise utterly incompetent about running the business he inherited. His secretary is so competent that she is the one that really owns the place. Takashi makes up for being an idiot by being SO CHEERFUL that no one in their right minds could hate him. He is like every 14-year-old-school-girl-that-is-the-main-character-of-a-shoujo-manga/anime ever, except for the part where he's not a 14-year-old school girl.
Takashi was ~30, with brown hair, brown eyes, and glasses. He was taller than your average Japanese male, but not by much (and I think Akui was taller). - Lucius
Lucius is also frm Antheas, where he is a God. The god of love and lust, specifically. Lucius had a darker side to him that never really got touched upon - he was just as liable to be invoked by acts of lust that were, shall we say, immoral, as he was to be by happy love-filled cuddle-fests - but was generally a carefree and open sort of god. Blonde hair and tanned skin, with heart-like wings, Lucius was a real Adonis that loved his little cat-boy cabana boy (Ollie, played by
sae). He was probably the most meddlesome of the gods, and the only one I played as a 'character' rather than as an NPC. - Leah
Leah is a current character that I play in Pete's Shadowrun game. An aspected mage (sorcerer), she used to work for Fuchi as an "internal affairs 'troubleshooter'", helping to maintain the balance between the German, American, and Japanese branches of the company. When she was finally released (her mentor was terminated with extreme prejudice, but managed to get to her soon enough to give her files, money, and guns), she fled to Toronto, where she now lives in the ghoul-infested suburb around Humber Lakeshore. Leah is a bit of a wallflower - she's not friendly (although she can work a corporate scene with reasonable skill), but she's also not a socially intimidating person, either. However, her body and mind are EXTREMELY well-honed. She is an excellent shot with a pistol, an above-average hand-to-hand combatant, an excellent sorcerer, and extremely good at both Athletics and Stealth.
Leah is exceptionally tall (5'11"), with hair that has been badly cut to be short and spiky and is dyed blue. She has numberous tattoos, including a barcode on her left arm, a Tree of Life on her back, an "earthairfirewater" ambigram just below her collarbone, and the smash hit Troll Thrash single "Brass Matter" on her right hip. - Az
Az, Az, Az. Everyone knows about Az by now, right? ;) Small Indian girl, was on the road to becoming a fantastic medical doctor, had a bit of a drug habit, is now a vampire? Ventrue, Lancea Sanctum, Faith/Lust, really pissed at one William D'or (her mentor, not to be confused with the evil William D'or that Lidia railed against).
I loff Az, too. - Vicki
Vicki was my Aberrant character. She was based originally off my sister, but she deviated from that path... rather quickly. Vicki started as a shy, sweet girl with low Willpower and a Judge (in this case, Mediator) nature.
