For those who don't want to hunt through IMDB and The Leaky Cauldron themselves, I've taken the liberty of doing it for you.

Jeff Rawle as Amos Diggory (Cedric's father)
David Tennant as Barty Crouch Jr. (let's hope he's not so smiley in the movie!)

As for the young'uns, we have:

Stanislav Ianevski is a newcomer as Viktor Krum - no pictures I can find, yet
Clémence Poésy is Fleur Delacour (these photos are from another movie she was in - also - she's 21?!)
Katie Leung as Cho Chang

Poesy looks frightening in that photo, like she's strung out on drugs.

She looks unattractive in the other two, in my opinion. Hopefully they will prettify her for Fleur...

Katie Leung! She's all growed up! Works for me. I agree with your comment re: Poesy, by the by, though her colouring's definitely right on.

Yeah, she's not exactly how I imagined Mme. Maxime, either. Very strange. Uh... I guess we'll have to see how the wonders of makeup perform their magic? ^^;;

Katie Leung is cute! She looks like she'll be a very good Cho.

I'll wait for filming shots before deciding on Poesy... she doesn't quite have that "ethereal" quality that I imagine Fleur to have - but we shall see.

(Wonder if they're going to show the Quidditch World Cup - and how they're going to do the Veela, if so!)

Haha Amos looks exactly how I pictured him. As was mentioned though, Maxine doesn't look anything like I'm assuming most people would see a french half-giant in their heads.

As for Poésy, there seem to be very few pictures of her when she's not in that one movie. She really doesn't seem anything like I would've pictured a Fleur but...

So who knows? We'll see what the makeup artists can do. Looks kinda cute but nothing towards what a person who is half whatever that race was would be since the main quality of the other race described was insurmountable beauty.

Yeah, Maxime's actress is... thin. o.O

Poesy in the pictures you have, though, looks a lot better than Poesy in mine... I think she'll need lighter hair (it's supposed to be silvery, isn't it?), but she certainly looks *quite* attractive (and it's only 1/4 - her grandmuzzer was a Veela ;)
