6AM and I can't sleep. I napped (?) after Patrick left (tennish, maybe?), woke up at 3:30. Have been looking at the CBC's coverage of the election, trying to pin down who I'm going to vote for. I think I am going to go with Anna Mather (NDP); it seems very unlikely that she'll win (with 1/10 to 1/20 of the votes the Conservative and Liberal candidates are projected to recieve), but I respect someone with her (apparent) tenacity. (Plus, she went to Turner - before it sucked. :P)

...TFC has a fucking Wikipedia entry! Holy hell! (Apparently it's the only campus-style high school in all of Canada.) Also, apparently it has a young female offender program called "Invictus". Which makes me giggle on a few levels (not the least of which is 'why do we want young offenders to be unconquered?').

Okay, this page makes me laugh. A lot. So I'm going to link it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turner_Fenton_Secondary_School

Also, there is something very, very wrong when the English department has a word spelled incorrectly on its webpage. (Compulsary vs. compulsory.)

I've really slipped in my Fanart100 production. I mean, I knew I would, but I didn't think it would halt so... completely. (To be fair, I have about four images waiting for color, but just haven't had time to scan them/fight with Photoshop.) I miss doing it, but I just don't feel like I have time.

What I might do is combine it with Fanfic100 - after all, they use the same table - and do a mashup of the two. Any fanfic (can I really call it fanfic? I guess I'd have to, if it involved characters other than Az - it'd be my interpretation of other PCs and NPCs, no?) would likely be more 'drabble' than 'fic'.

Maybe I could do both, and have fics and pictures for each prompt (but with an intermediate goal of just having something for each prompt).

Anyone feel strongly about it, one way or the other?

Martin, Harper and Layton are flying on the Executive Airbus to a gathering in British Columbia, when Martin turns to Harper and says, chuckling, "You know, I could throw a $1000 bill out the window right now and make someone very happy."

Harper shrugs and replies, "Well, I could throw ten $100 bills out the window and make ten people happy."

Not to be outdone, Layton says, "Well, I could throw a hundred $10 bills out the window and make a hundred people happy."

The pilot rolls his eyes and says to his co-pilot, "What arrogant asses back there! Hell, I could throw all three of them out the window and make 32 million people happy."

(Happy voting, everyone!)
