Open Letter to White Wolf,
May. 10th, 2005 09:19 amDear White Wolf,
I know that you were probably swamped with submissions for the novel contest at the last second. Hell - I sent in my submission at 5AM the last day, so I know that there were probably dozens of others like me. I accept that this has probably slowed down the judging somewhat.
However.
We are now into Week #4 of judging, when you promised us the final results of who moves on to Round 2 at the end of Week #3. While I highly doubt that Patrick or I have moved on, it would be nice to know for sure.
WTF (and not the game). Please hurry up.
No love,
The girl who wants to know if she should pick up the two Requiem novels for inspiration.

In other news: links!
Swedish researchers find that gay men and straight men respond differently to pheremones, although the article said "Dr. Savic said that she had also studied gay women, but that the data were "somewhat complicated" and not yet ready for publication."
--problems with this: the pheremones used were much more concentrated/had higher levels than would ever normally be found on a person. Also, the fact that lesbians have "somewhat complicated responses" but those weren't reported makes me wary - why isn't any of the data published? (My theory: it probably shows a response to male pheremones as well, and they don't want to open that door just yet.)
