Harold and Kumar go to Whitecastle:
Aug. 6th, 2004 09:19 amBest. Stoner movie. Ever.
"Bullets! My secret weakness!"
*amused*
Got home from work and bused over to Simon's. Took a shower and Simon showed me his t0ta11`/ h0t b0ddzz0rs.
No, not at the same time. (He's been working out, so he was showing off his arm muscles, which sent us both into gigglefits because Simon being buff is, like, wrong. In all ways.)
Simon: Damnit, you should have stayed on the bus for one more stop, I was just going to get on so we could go.
Me: Oh... Sorry.
Simon: Nah, it's okay. By the way, we're meeting Steve for dinner at Casey's...
Me: [opening mouth]
Simon: ...and I'll pick up your tab.
Me: [cling] YOU SAID THE MAGIC WORDS!
And then... Casey's! With Steve! With Simon constantly offering to give people his sweater XD So I punched him a few times. Vain bastard.
At this juncture, I will link you all to my favorite non-LJ weblogs.
Mistress Matisse, the professional dominatrix from Seattle with the most hilarious phone stories I know.
Belle de Jour, a UK prostitute who mostly writes about her friends lately but is still funny. Apparently has a book deal in the works (and has spoken to Mil Millington of Things My Girlfriend and I Have Argued About fame).
Postmodern Courtesan, a girl whose job defies exact specifications in today's general sex worker terms, so courtesan will have to fit. Also very interesting.
Submissive Reflections, the blog of Sarah (and to some extent Mac). While it's about a couple, not a sex worker, it mostly details their sex life. I swear there's some dramatic editing going on... that or Mac has the shortest downtime between orgasm and new erection ever... but it's still a fun read.
Anyway, back to the story.
Me: [talking about Magic players getting offended at being called geeks] Oh yes: anyone who plays Magic is a geek. I don't care if you don't read the flavor text, I don't care if you don't look at the artwork. I absolutely don't care if you want to call it a "strategy game". Obsessive Risk players are geeks too. Get over it!
Dinner was awesome, Simon made me promise to FedEx him some Pita Factory pitas this year XD and then we went and played DDR! I kicked Steven and Simon's asses, because, uh, I've played the game more than five times. But the best part was when Simon and I were facing off, and we were dancing (if you can really call it that) to a remix of Cartoon Heroes. The "Speedy Remix". Simon got so lost at one point that he just started jumping front-back and then left-right while waving his arms at the screen and screaming incoherently. We almost lost the game because I started laughing so hard I couldn't see the screen.
Maybe you had to be there.
Dwarf Dance Revolution!
And then the movie. So good! It didn't feel like it was only 90 minutes long, and it was pretty funny. John Cho is awesome. And sexy, when he's all scruffy-like.
Yay!
---
Today, I am so tired that I almost missed my stop, but I did that thing where I woke up just as the doors were starting to close and flew around the barrier to escape at the right stop. Go ninja-fu!
Also, Joyee is cute. And so are her dolls. XD YAY cute dolls!
