Hmmm. Looking at it, I'm missing Pierre/the great debauchery/blood addiction era. Anyone have any good songs about addiction? Preferably of the slightly more frenetic variety, as it has to break up "When You Walk In" (which is slow and acoustic) and "Euphoria" (which is... not sure how to describe it if you don't know Delerium. Check Amazon.com for a clip of the song?)

As many suggestions as you like. Any songs you'd take off here? Any you'd put on? If I can replace Placebo with a bhangra song, I will. Just need to find one I like. Suggestions there also welcome.

Okay, wait, I'm a crack head, The Knife are a) Swedish [but sound Japanese to these Canadian ears, in the three songs I've heard, anyhow] and b) . . . . boys, I think. O_o

Um. Yeah. So. *shakes head* I got nothing. I'm just tired. Bed now.

Hmm. The addiction-type songs I can think of are post-rehab, which I don't think is what you want.

Oh, never mind...there are "Running to Stand Still" and "Bad" by U2, but neither is frenetic and they're both from the perspective of someone else writing about the addict.

Ooh, also "Under the Bridge" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Still not frenetic, but might be better. (There's even a line about blood.)

Nope -- just listened to it, it's a little over 4 minutes. It's super slow and acoustic though.
