They may have changed their minds about the radiation thing. They are sending what they took out over to Princess Margaret in order to let THEM decide what to do.

They put in another chest tube today, and within a few minutes (not sure how many) she'd apparently filled up a whole bag with her chest-gunk. (I have no idea what the chest-gunk really is.) She's feeling much better, but we're not sure where this goes from here.

Hmm. Well, hopefully that'll mean a good decision gets made; Princess Margaret is where they specialize in cancer stuff, right? My grandma had radiation for breast cancer theremaybe 8-10 years ago.

The worst part is...

This all started because of stupid doctors in the first place, didn't it?

Are the consequences of the doctors trying to needle her in the back over and done with? I thought this whole lung-puncturing thing was a result on that. I'm confused...

Anyway. Needless to say, going back and forth to the hospital all the time is a massive pain in the butt for everyone. And for the sake of your mother's health I sincerly hope she gets all fixed better very soon. Her condition doesn't sound pleasant at all.

Urk. Uncertainty sucks, especially when it's about the health of a loved one. Sending lots of well-wishes your way.
