alexmegamiI don't often do Friday Fives, but this week's seemed... appropriate.
1. Do you really make wishes when you blow out the candles on your cake?
Yep! I usually don't remember them five minutes later, though. I should focus on it this year, and really try and note whether or not it comes true.
2. Have any of the wishes ever come true, if yes?
See above. This year will be a pseudo-experiment (because, of course, it will have no validity whatsoever ;).
3. How do you feel about birthdays? (e.g., love the attention, just another day, don't want anyone to know my real age, etc.)
I love them. Love love love love love them. I am a huge big attention whore, and I love parties where people can get together and be awesome together and celebrate together. I even love other people's birthdays, although they are anxiety inducing because I never know what to get 'em.
4. Tell us a favorite gift you've received, or something you'd really like for your next birthday.
Well, I made this wish list...
Vampire: the Requiem a couple of years ago has gotten much love and much use, as have the various Exalted books. :D

Almost any cake is awesome. Angel food cake, double-layered choco-vanilla ice cream cake is traditional, caramel crunch cake is SO GOOD... and so on.
