alexmegamiAnd, just to prove that I don't only rant about American fundies and Catholics, here's the Anglican Church's administrative council asking American and Canadian churches to leave for authorizing same-sex marriages and condoning a homosexual priest.
Part of me goes, "Well, it is their religion..." and part of me gnashes her teeth in rage. And part of me goes, hey wait, African Anglican missionaries want to allow polygamous relationships of their converts to remain OK, which is completely against North American morality, and nothing was said about it... (Yes, I know that the OT supports polygyny. Apparently the NT does as well, just not for bishops.)

In other news, Mercury, Venus and Saturn will be visible in the night sky from Friday to Monday. Just so, you know, not everything I put here news-wise is of THE ANGRY!!!
Also, via Matthias, Grandfather kills leopard with his bare hands.
