I understand that the HP stories take place in a more-or-less modern era, but it really doesn't feel right for Harry and the guy in the pic below his to be wearing sports jackets with elastic strings and squeeze clips. Something strikes me as simply odd about those.

Yeah, I agree with you on Hermione. I don't like the shaggy hair on Malfoy, though I think it's fine on Harry. Which one was Fleur? I didn't think the girl on the bottom right corner looked old enough or glamourous enough.

Clemence de Posey, she does indeed playe Fleur.

I think she looks very fey-like. Which I suppose was the casting director's interpretation on Veela.
