Weird thing of the morning, part I

So I was coming out of Country Style this morning, having bought my muffin and juice, and saw, parked outside Jardin variety, a beat-up white car being driven by a guy with a collared shirt, blue sunglasses, and messy brown hair.

And yes, for about thirty seconds I wondered if it was Patrick. Thankfully, I realized that the car was a Sunfire, not a Lumina, but for a full thirty seconds I wondered what to do if it was.

I have been needing to "work for another three weeks" for the past two. I think this week is ACTUALLY my third-last week.

I am officially at $1200 from my "goal" for this summer, money-wise, meaning that approximately ONE WHOLE WEEK's worth of money will actually be MINE. To KEEP. This is big stuff, kidlets. A whole $300 to my name. Well, plus birthday money. Oh how I love that birthday money.

Me telling myself "three weeks left!" and then realizing it's really five. Or four. And then promptly forgetting and saying "three weeks left!" again.
