(no subject)
May. 2nd, 2006 12:35 amSo, Project Take Care of Myself is underway. So far, I am failing hardcore in the grains department (less than half the minimum recommended daily intake), and only barely keeping up in the water and dairy departments. Hopefully tomorrow, when I will WAKE UP AT THE CORRECT TIME rassifrackin' alarm clock, will be better. Cereal and such.
Jen has promised bellydancing... or something else, which I can't for the life of me remember. In the meantime, I'm doing pushups and such. Currently doing 20 pushups, 30 situps, 20 each of inner + outer thigh exercises, and 20 shoulder exercises.
Also trying to get my 8 hours sleep, and at a decent time.
I predict this will not last more than one week.
