4) Dead Like Me - I assume this went unknown because most of you have never watched it (which you allshould). Actually, choosing a character is incredibly hard, because they're all freaking hilarious (well, except the mother...). But the answer here is Rube. Mason, Roxy and George are very close seconds.
5) The Daily Show - A confusing one to have been missed... Jon Stewart.
8) X/1999 - The single guess was Seishirou, which is close (though I prefer him in TB) - the actual answer is, like Meredith, Subaru. Though I also like him better in TB. Yuzuriha and Kusanagi are also close seconds.
10) Angel - There were two guesses for Gwen. I have no idea who that is. The correct answer is Puppet Angel (though I MAY have accepted straight-up Angel ;)
