-answered about ten phone calls in twenty minutes
-discovered the printer was not working
-did all the work not involved with the printer
-was told I'd get free lunch if I fixed the printer
-figured out what was wrong, but not how to fix it
-called tech support
-fixed it

Now I need to decide where to get my free lunch FROM.
Suggestions box open for the next hour. ;)
