Why is everyone suddenly in the mood for exercise?

I am confused. Though, as per my usual routine, I will cheer people on from the sidelines without ever actually going out and "getting fit" myself.

Though Amber may yet convince me to take tae kwon do with her.

Right now, though, I am headachey and tired and so am going to go do my favorite exercise yet: sleep.
