Are you legitimately drafting up a series concept to pitch or is it just a "class assignment"; which could be to do the same, but what I mean is, is there the actual potential to see it through in to development?
Personally, I'm leaning towards Kinky + Fraggle Rock. I invision Trash Heap and the rats doing a cabaret.
