Is it easier to
a) place an item at a certain level of power when you have multiple examples of various items at each level?
b) place an item at a certain level of power when you have maybe one or two examples of items at each level?
And, as a followup:
Does having multiple examples of items at each level prevent you from inventing new items, or otherwise detract from your ability to create something new? Why or why not?
