Basically, people who were goths were much more likely to have self-harmed than the general population, but that typically it was prior to becoming goth rather than after.

Omaha, Nebraska to be divided into three racially identifiable school districts (White, Black, and Hispanic [possibly +other]), pending constitutionality of such a measure and other legal measures. I think the most interesting part of this is that it's being spearheaded by a black senator, with the desire to create a school environment that black parents/families/etc. have a say in.
