Vampire: the Requiem, page 157, says:
"Imitating the appearance and functions of life [earlier referred to as breathing, fucking, beating heart, blushing] or the ability to consume food for one scene costs a character one Vitae, and both expenditures are reflexive." (emphasis mine)
This indicates to me that one blood can do all of the first, and one blood can allow food (regurgitated at the end of the scene). So, two for complete faking of human life.
