Apr. 10th, 2005 05:04 amSo I keep thinking about my final for Rhetoric; I have vague ideas of a couple of things I'd like to write about (the beer-bottle-girl ad, or a recent anti-war song), and I keep coming up with arguments in my head for it... but have I found the picture, or started my essay? Psh. It's not due until Friday at noon!
And sometimes the fact that it's already Sunday gets lost on me. That's five days, sweetheart. Get your act together.
But I don't really need to... after all, it's less than 2000 words. I could do that in my sleep. I could probably manage it the night before.
My superego is shaking its head at me. Id - 5, Superego - 0. Don't worry, Supes; you got five more days to boost your score. But, knowing me, it'll all come down to that final furlong.
