Goddamn, it's already March 8th? Just think, in two months I'll be out of Waterloo again. Or not, depending on how that whole finding-someone-to-rent-a-room thing goes. Maybe I could just stay here over the summer, find a job in lousy retail, making $7 an hour to be a slave to the almighty customer. I almost... almost think it would be better than my cushy $10/hour job with my dad, namely because:

1) No having to get up at 7:30 AM. Yes, I'd still have to get up early - god forbid - but not THAT early.
2) I would get breaks to wander around and look at things. Also, new items would be RIGHT THERE for me to impulse-buy!

I'm also thinking about my degree, and what I'm doing with it. The answer is really sad: not much. I mean, Creative Writing helps... to an extent. But I feel like I should be going back for years 5-8 after this degree is finished, bringing my Psychology minor up to a major, maybe adding Italian in for the hell of it, while gorging on Philosophy classes. I mean, just looking at a bunch of the Arts courses makes me want to take them. Not to mention all the languages I want to learn, even if I only learn the basics...

So, uh, I went and counted.

Not including English courses (I assume I'm taking all the English courses I want to - same with Psych), there are... *drumroll* exactly 300 courses that I think I would enjoy taking. In Arts. Alone. Not including Psych and English.

That's seven and a half diplomas, right there. I could be in school for the next 30 years, assuming I could afford it.
