First day on the job. Have been working for two hours. Have not panicked yet at any of the phone calls taken, or the one outgoing phone call I had to make. Be proud! Have filed various things. Am now attempting to install drivers for fax machine/printer/scanner/two-other-things-since-it's-a-five-in-one. Mmm, biting things.
Apparently I speak too quickly on the phone. Must rectify this.
