Fitness stuff

So, a look at my fitness stuff:

My endurance is low. You're supposed to be able to do a one-mile run in 10 minutes maximum as a woman, and I did it in 11:15. (On the other hand, my aerobic capacity is apparently fucking astronomical, although not on the level of trained athletes.)

Flexibility-wise: I can do the allotted number of curl-ups fairly easily, and the trunk lift (test for the lower back) is extremely easy. I can also do the shoulder stretches (where you touch fingers between your shoulderblades) with minimum fuss, although left-hand-top is harder. I cannot do the sit & reach (minimum is 9 inches; I can't even make a full seven).

My upper-body strength is not there. I cannot do a single pullup, and I can do the minimum seven pushups, but they are very weak pushups and should probably not be counted.

My body fat percentage is within the acceptable range, although different calculators give me wildly different responses (between 17% and 31% - I'm settling on the 22%), and my blood pressure is within range, although low (same with heart rate). My BMI is extremely low (underweight), but within range.

So, there. I need to work on... um... most of my actual physical fitness, but my health is fine?

I don't understand my body either.

But I would like muscly arms. All will fear my bench pressing, just you wait.

Yay Shape!

Are you going with one of the PT options?

yay fitness!
you better start eating three meals a day if you're going to work out

that's fine.
you can eat lunch, other lunch, and then dinner.
just eat BEFORE you excercise (although I'm sure you've been told this)

You sound a lot like me fitness-wise, I think, though my BMI is right where it should be. (I have too much abdominal fat, though.)

Where/how did you get all this stuff assessed?

Do you have this fitness guide, or is it online?

My advice?

A Peanut butter sandwich (Or something protein filled) before "pumping iron". It helped stop all the aches after workouts, plus I love peanut butter. XD
