So the latest in my recipe a month quest: Honey-Ginger Pineapple Crepes

The crepes were not very... crepe-y, really more like thin pancakes; but the filler was really good. We also used Chai Honey rather than regular, which was tasty, but unfortunately also gave it a bit of a gritty texture. Still, very tasty.
