I would have thought that Bono's problem was that not many people know if he sent money. All that was really advertised was Bono going, "Donate!" And it kind of left the image of just one guy saying donate and then not donating any of his own money.

Oh well... Rabble rabble and so on. Oh also, PORCELAIN DOLLS!
