D&D Western, more thoughts
Pelor: Judeo-Christian God, post-Jesus. Probably mix in elements of Heironeous, too. Perhaps also Moradin? Sort of do a trinity with the three of them? Or make the race-specific ones equivalent to "patron saints"?
St. Cuthbert: old-school Judeo-Christian God. You're doing as he says or you're getting a righteous smackdown.
Given that elves are their own, up-until-now-cloistered group:
Corellon Larethian and Ehlonna, brother/sister mother/father husband/wife twin elven powers with a naturalistic bent. Maybe toss Obad-Hai in as their child or something. [I know that this is more in line with neo-pagan religious beliefs rather than Native American beliefs, but damnit, I'm working with a cast of gods of 18 and trying to keep as many as possible, and this makes sense.]
...most of the others would probably fall into the 'patron saints' classification, with perhaps Wee Jas and Boccob as mistrusted outcasts?
I'm not really sure how to pull this part together, since traditional Westerns pretty much have your Good Christians and your Bad Christians and your Heathens-Whot-Must-Be-Taught-Killed-or-Subsumed, and expanding two groups of belief systems out to eighteen gods is HARD.
Maybe just rework how the gods relate to one another...
