oh alex! *hugs* i feel the pain with the stress! I know how those apps can be! but screwed up?? wut happened? did they misplace or mess up info on your app?! grr they always make US make up for their mistakes dont they?

and *hugs* on the parental front....i cant believe after all this time your parents are still being bums about patrick. they need to learn....train em! lol! thats the best thing to do to parents that dont listen (ie mine...lol) if u ever need to talk, im just a phone call away : D happy holidays and hugs
