It is Mother's Day, so I will not say this to your face:

I am 5'10" and 133 pounds. That "roll of fat" on my stomach? Is normal, healthy weight, not some demonic entity that must be exorcised.

Oh, and hells, you're on the *lower* end of your weight range still. BMI of 19, I think.
