My uncle (a Missouri Republican) sent me an e-mail crowing over Bush's win, and the clean sweep Republicans made in Missouri. He wrote... a paragraph? Maybe two?

I spent two hours writing him back, refuting his points. I know it won't work, and honestly, I don't want to get in a fight with him - I really do like Uncle Kent - but on the other hand, I KNOW he sent it to me to get a rise out of me.

Especially his comments about the "fruits/nuts" on the West Coast. >_< It made me want to scream "FOR FUCK'S SAKE, I'M GAY", but that fallout is best saved for an in-person conversation, I think.

Sigh.
